Made To Order Policy

Made-to-Order Requests
If you are interested in a made to order or custom piece, please use the order form located under the " Made to Order " section of the website to submit your request. Be sure to include as much detail as possible, such as colors, size, theme, etc.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. All custom ideas are reviewed based on availability, materials, and current workload. If your request is a good fit, you will be contacted with next steps, pricing, and an estimated timeline.
What “Made-to-Order” Means
At The Wook Wonderland, many of our items are made specifically for you, using high-quality materials and crafted by hand. This means your product is not mass-produced or kept in stock. It is created once you place your order. As a result, processing and delivery times may be longer than standard ready-to-ship items.
Order Processing & Production Time
Made to order items require additional processing time. Production times vary depending on the item, level of customization, and current order volume. Estimated production timelines will be shared via email. Please note that timelines are estimates and may change due to material availability or the nature of handmade work.
Production begins after your order is confirmed. Once production has started, changes may not be possible. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes requested after production begins may result in delays or additional charges.
Order Accuracy & Approval
Some custom orders may require approval of a design or mockup before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve any provided proofs.
Shipping & Delivery
Once production is complete, your order will ship according to our standard shipping policy. Tracking information will be sent once your item ships.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order only if production has not yet started. Once production has begun, made to order items cannot be canceled.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
Because made to order items are custom created, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
