Refund & Alterations Policy

Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not generally allowed. In exceptional cases where an issue arises with fit or workmanship, we may, at our sole discretion, offer store credit instead of a cash refund.
Alterations / Fixes
Customers are allowed one free alteration or fix for an item that does not fit properly or arrives with an issue.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at thewookwonderland.help@gmail.com to request an alteration.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
After the first alteration/fix, additional requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges based on labor and materials.
Eligibility Conditions
The product must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed (except for fit issues).
Products altered or damaged by the customer are not eligible for fixes or store credit.
All store credits, if granted, expire 6 months from the issue date.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Exchanges are allowed only if an item does not fit properly.
